If you are one to chase the perfect picturesque view (and panoramic picture), this ramble is not going to disappoint. The trail starts along the Mawddach estuary before you begin your ascent towards the summit of Ffridd y Graig.
It’s a visually pleasing trail as every twist and turn provides stunning views including the rivers and mountains in the surrounding area and on a clear day, even Cadair Idris!
The pathways do require you to be wearing suitable waterproof and strong boots to protect your feet and ankles with man ramblers reporting stiles to climb, muddy areas and rougher terrains in places. Please be aware there may also be free-roaming sheep too on this trail!
If the weather is warm and sunny, please do not forget suitable sun protection as shadier areas are few and far between, especially as you climb towards the summit!
