Bury Markets & the Olympus Dance & Singalong Afternoon, 08/10/2025

Come join us as we visit the world famous Bury Market. Grab yourself a bargain amongst the myriad of stalls selling everything from fresh fruit and cosy slippers to comfy elasticated trousers (more about those later!) and scrumptious pies.
 
What better way to refuel after all that shopping than fish, chips and mushy peas, with bread & butter served with tea or filtered coffee at the Olympus Dance and Singalong Afternoon. Bring your dancing shoes along as the resident pianist will keep you entertained, or simply enjoy a good old-fashioned singalong, nothing like it for keeping the spirits up! All this as well as a cream tea comprising of a yummy homemade scone with jam and cream, accompanied by more tea or coffee. Good job you bought those elasticated trousers! What a splendid way to spend a day!
