We’re heading to the lakes!
Fancy some gingerbread? Our first stop is Grasmere where you can get the best of the best. Or if gingerbread isn’t your thing, why not take a wander around this beautiful, traditional town. Or you can take a short walk down to the lake, where if you fancy you can take a rowboat out for a spin (not included).
For the second half of the day we are heading to Bowness-on-Windermere. We do love this tourist hot spot!
Why don’t you hop on a cruise (not included) or if you fancy yourself as Captain, hire your own electric boat for a cruise on Lake Windermere! Or why not step back in time and visit Blackwell, the Arts & Crafts House with original features, furniture and objects from the early 20th century.
