Grasmere & Bowness on Windermere, 20/09/2025

Grasmere, the home of the lakes and the countryside, provides a much more relaxing and calming vibe compared to the busy city. You will have time to wander round the shops, stop for a coffee and gaze upon the beautiful nature surrounding us - absolutely bliss!
 
Later on, we arrive to Bowness on Windermere, where the excitement doesn’t stop! Beatrix Potter wrote many of her famous novels here, including the loveable Peter Rabbit. A visit to the Beatrix Potter Museum is always a welcome addition to the day (admission not included). If books aren’t to your taste, then fear not; watch the scenic lake shine, and if you truly wanted to be fully immersed, why not rent out a kayak or a canoe for an hour? (admission not included).
 
With the inviting atmosphere, independent shops and charming lakeside cottages, the Lakes will leave you mesmerised!
