We’re off to Bridgnorth, a picturesque little gem of a town in Shropshire that’s just waiting for you to explore, and we’re finishing it off with a late lunch at the legendary The Downs Inn Carvery (because nothing says "day trip" like a mountain of roast potatoes).
 
Wander through the town's charming streets, snap a pic at the famous Bridgnorth Cliff Railway (it’s the oldest and steepest funicular railway in the country - try saying that five times fast), and admire the stunning views from the top.
