We've been recovering our own coaches since 1981. Because we run a PSV fleet ourselves, we know what a stranded vehicle full of passengers needs. Often that's a replacement vehicle first and a tow second.
Our trained roadside team will get you back on the road as quickly as we can. Our fleet and call centre team handle everything from specialist winching to short-term vehicle storage.

What we do
PSV & HGV recovery
We have heavy underlifts for coaches, buses, trucks and trailers, whether they're loaded or empty.
Roadside assistance
Most jobs can be fixed where the vehicle stands, so we always come out to repair it first and only recover it if we need to.
Winching & recovery
If a vehicle has left the carriageway and ended up in a ditch, on a verge or on its side, we'll recover it without causing more damage.
Accident recovery
We clear the scene, then keep the vehicle in secure storage while the insurers sort things out.
Passenger transfer
When a coach breaks down with passengers on board, we bring a replacement vehicle so they're looked after while we deal with the coach.
Repatriation
We'll bring a vehicle home from anywhere in the UK or Europe on our own transporters.

Each service is charged at a minimum of 1 hour. It takes about 45 minutes to load a vehicle onto a recovery truck and a further 45 to take it off, and a loaded recovery truck travels at about 40 to 45mph. All prices are plus VAT, and are a guide: anything out of the ordinary is priced on the details, so please give us a ring.
