Where are you based?
We are a family-run coach company in South Manchester, on the road since 1981. Our head office and commercial garage are at Unit 3 Adswood Industrial Estate, Adswood Road, Stockport, SK3 8LF. Our day trips & holidays booking office is at Regal Buildings, 2B Marsland Road, Sale Moor, Cheshire, M33 3HQ.
How do I book a day trip or holiday?
Book online at any time from our day trips & holidays page, or ring the booking office on 0161 969 5117. The counter is open Monday to Saturday 10am–2pm, closed Sunday.
How much is the deposit?
Holidays, short breaks and weekend breaks need a deposit of £50.00 per person when you book, and the balance is due at least 8 weeks before departure. Cruises need a £100.00 deposit per person, with the balance due 12 weeks before departure.
Can I choose my seat?
On trips with seat selection you can pick your seats online while you book. Seats cannot be reserved until a deposit or payment in full has been received.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and are set out in our terms & conditions. Please read them before you book, and ring the booking office if your plans change.
Do you offer a home pick-up?
The home pickup service is available on selected holidays and day trips only. The vehicle may be shared with other passengers, and extra charges may apply for small groups.
Can I hire a coach for a private group?
Yes. We hire out coaches and minibuses for weddings, schools, clubs and tours in the UK and Europe. They range from a 19-seat minibus to an 89-seat double decker. Send an enquiry from our coach hire page or ring the office for a quote.
Which schools do you run home to school routes for?
Our private school routes serve Cheadle Hulme School, Hulme Hall Grammar School and Knutsford Academy. Parents follow the coach live and get a notification when their child is picked up and dropped off.
Do you offer MOTs and servicing?
Yes. Elite MOT, our own garage in Stockport, does class 4 and class 7 MOTs, servicing and repairs, and looks after our coaches too. Book a car or van MOT online on the garage page.
Can you recover a broken-down coach or lorry out of hours?
Yes. Our 24/7 heavy vehicle recovery covers PSVs and HGVs across the UK and Europe, and we are accredited to the PAS43 recovery industry standard. Ring 0161 480 0617 and choose option 6 at any hour.
Do you train drivers?
Yes. We run PSV driver training and PSV minibus training from Stockport. See our training pages to find out how to enquire.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. Gift cards can be bought online and sent by email on a day you choose.
