What better time of year than Springtime for a fantastic day out at Martin Mere Wetland Centre.
 
You’ll be sure to get up-close-and-personal with some of nature’s most wonderful wildlife.

There are 800 acres to discover, with the centre the home to thousands of rare birds, an all-star cast of pretty pink flamingos, elegant white storks and an adorable family of otters (how cute!) to mention just a few. If you are feeling adventurous, why not try a canoe safari or guided boat tour to get even closer to the action (admission not included). Maybe go undercover in a Hide and try some bird  spotting or try your hand at pond dipping to discover what creatures may be lurking beneath. You could even build your own Den.
 
So flap your wings, waddle and squark your way to Martin Mere and let your heart take flight amongst nature at its very best.
